How do reserve my experience?


Appointments Always schedule your experience ahead of time or after your last experience. A credit card is required to place reservations. Without notice, Thalia reserve the right to change service and prices. as well as refuse service to anyone.




What time should I arrive?


Arrival Winding down takes 15 to 20 minutes, please arrive 15 minutes (30 minutes for new clients) early for your treatment to make sure you are in a relaxed state before your treatment and have had time to complete your intake form. Arriving late for your treatments will reduce your experience and time exception for your treatment. Anything of value, please do not bring it to your spa treatment. Wear very comfortable clothing!




I need to cancel and reschedule what should I do?


Cancellations & Rescheduling We will notify you by text and email 24 hours before your schedule. Should you need to cancel please do so at the time please do so as soon as you get your email or text, 24 hours is required to cancel. If your service is 2 hours or more, it is 48 hours to cancel. If not cancel on time, reschedule or no-show full-service value will be charged to your card.




I am a minor, what do I need to know?


Minor Requirements All ages are welcomed at Rooted by Thalia. However, working with clients 17 and under parental consent is required and in most case, a parent may need to accompany the guest.




What are the acceptable forms of payments?


Credit Cards and Gift Cards Payments Acceptable payments are: Cash, (all) Major Credit Cards and our Gift Cards. Gift Cards may be used for services only and not product purchase. Gift Card must be present to redeem its value. Gift Cards may be purchased online. Gift Card may not be redeemed for cash. Thalia is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of card. Series of services are not refundable.




Do I need to pay Gratuities?


Gratuities Tips are not included in the value of service. Required gratuity is 18% for all clients.

Our Services Because Thalia offer integrative treatments, she uses various techniques which enables her to fully customize each clients services and need. It is imperative that you start taking care of yourself, if you are here, you are already on the right path. Starting right here, it is the first step + believe in your self-healing abilities + make the appointment that will change your life forevermore. For optimal result, at least a four (4) sessions are required. The treatments are holistic + she only uses ORGANIC products. She ensures that she can deliver on her promise of "Staying True to her Roots." She chooses products for their potency and purity.




I am a new here, what should I know?


New Client She beging with a consultation + intake form to help us understand your mind, body, soul & beyond, health history, as well, to distinguish why you have chosen now to begin your wholesome journey, and lastly your purposes and goals. This process is important so that she can create this essential bond during your new voyage.

The follow-up treatments are strategically scheduled so you can achieve the best results. For some of the protocols, your follow-up appointments may be back to back or one to four weeks out, which depends on many factors discussed. After your first consult, the proper course of action is determined. Know, your treatment is tailored to your needs only. She does not apologize for not offering a one size fits all therapy/treatment, because she believes in your aptitude to heal from within, your roots.
